Minutes&Tasks app for iPhone and iPad

With Minutes&Tasks you can take your meeting notes quick and easy right in the meeting with your iPad.

You can very easily classify your topics (information, Important, ToDo, Done, …) and assign them to somebody.
Of course you can define due dates for these topics also.
In addition you can add photos or links to files in your Dropbox (NEW!) as attachments to any topic.

Topics that belong together may be organized in groups. To optimize a note after the meeting (or within) these groups and of course all topics can be reordered freely.

Notes that belong together (one project, …) may be organized in a free definable folder structure.
Boilerplates for new minutes, e.g. for weekly meetings, can be placed into the Templates folder (NEW!). When creating a new note, just pick one from these templates and your minutes, including distribution list, groups and topics in nearly ready.
All notes in a folder can be filtered by title or by any topic classification and be ordered in different ways (NEW!).
The (NEW!) note icon shows important content at first glance.

Using the versatile search function helps you to bring back to mind meetings you have nearly forgotten about. Often used search request (e.g. all tasks belonging to on project, …) can be stored as favourites and may be easily reused when needed.
Using the search function it is very easy and fast to create a list of all open tasks ordered by urgency, for example (NEW!).

Using the list of all your contacts is another fast way to create a summary of assigned and open topics (NEW!). New contacts can of course be imported from your iPad address book.

Minutes&Tasks doesn’t only help you to easily take your notes, it also supports you to share them with others. Of course you can print your notes by AirPrint (also in landscape mode now, NEW!), but you can send them directly or formatted as PDF by mail, or edit in another app (NEW!), or share them with your colleagues by AirDrop, or, or, or...
If youve added the attendees of a meeting, Minutes&Tasks will of course prepare the mail with all e-mail addresses.

Using iCloud, all your notes and app settings will be kept in sync between your different devices and by using the export function and iTunes you can keep an archive of your notes (if wished).

Of course Minutes&Tasks is optimized for the retina display and iOS7, but works with iOS6 and standard resolution as well!
